I roll in early so I can relax into the day with a cuppa. That steaming mug in hand is my reward for surviving the commute (and whatever traffic nightmare Galway threw at me today). While I sip like it’s liquid gold, I chat with the night staff and get the handover debrief. If I’ve been off a few days, the daily report is my latest novel.
